Performance Marketer
Location: Madison, WI (Remote work options available)

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving customer acquisition through strategic paid media campaigns. About the Role

As a Performance Marketer, you'll manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across various platforms. You'll work closely with creative teams to enhance performance, establish best practices for organic social media, and use data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Assist in campaign strategy and execution, including daily optimizations to maximize performance.
Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies.
Develop and implement organic social media best practices in collaboration with creative teams.
Identify new opportunities for performance media strategies, including display media, audience growth, retention tactics, and customer experience enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Expertise in paid digital media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data insights.
Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns with a focus on direct response strategies.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting). Experience with third-party reporting tools (Tableau, Supermetrics, etc.) is a plus.
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing paid search campaigns.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
