Location: Los Angeles, CA (Fully On-Site)

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $18 $21 per hour

Experience: Open to New Graduates

Position Overview :
We're seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to support both front and back office functions. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys working directly with patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform front and back office duties including patient intake and checkout
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling
• Verify and check insurance eligibility and coverage
• Conduct blood draws and EKGs as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients and guests
• Assist with upselling wellness and spa-related products/services
• Support clinical and administrative teams
• Utilize bilingual communication skills when needed (Spanish preferred)

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Valid CPR and/or BLS certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
