TurnSignl Inc. is hiring contract Criminal Defense Attorney Advocates to join our network of 300+ attorneys, supporting TurnSignl app users through inbound video chats related to potential traffic violations, criminal defense, or personal injury matters. The role involves initial consultations within the attorney's local jurisdiction. We prioritize hiring attorneys passionate about helping people, irrespective of case size. TurnSignl's contract attorneys focus solely on initial consultations, emphasizing a commitment to high standards of legal guidance and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Join the Criminal Defense or Personal Injury team to handle TurnSignl App user video chat inquiries

• Act as a TurnSignl ‘brand ambassador’ within licensed jurisdictions and legal communities

• Support local business initiatives as required

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Criminal Defense or Personal Injury experience

• Active and in good standing with the local state bar

• Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states

• Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated history of career excellence and a passion for serving clients

Job Type:

• 1099 Contract

Pay:

• 5K annually + $50-$200 per qualifying supported video chat

• Typical video chat duration is 15 mins or less

Supplemental Pay:

• Optional performance-based bonus opportunities available

License/Certification:

• Licensed and in good standing with local State Bar

• Licensed in multiple states (Preferred)

• If not licensed in multiple states, willing to pursue additional state licenses

Work Location:

• Fully REMOTE with a preference for residence in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
