The Opportunity:

As a Medical Director/Attending Physician, you'll have the opportunity to improve the quality of care and shape the future of senior healthcare.
This 1099 contract position offers a unique blend of remote work and on-site visits, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide professional medical services to residents of skilled nursing facilities.
Offer medical and procedural consultation in accordance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Advise the facility administrator on concerns and opportunities regarding the scope of services.
Collaborate on the development of future resident care programs, medical equipment, and staffing.
Be available 24/7 for emergencies.
Attend monthly QA and/or QAPI meetings.
Assist in the development of clinical pathways to improve resident care.
Support facility marketing efforts as requested.
Collaborate with other attending physicians to ensure high-quality care.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience providing medical services in skilled nursing facilities.
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Strong medical and procedural consultation skills.
Ability to provide 24/7 emergency support.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to improving the quality of senior care.

This position is mostly remote with 1-2 on-site visits per month.
