The Role  

As a Web Developer , you'll support the development and customization of CMS-based platforms that drive our digital recruiting and orientation experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and tailored to the goals of each client. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Develop and maintain CMS-driven websites using C# / .NET and Umbraco  

• Build and configure backend functionality to meet specific client needs 

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and media teams 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and performance 

• Integrate APIs, enable SSO, and support cloud-based deployments 

• Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews 

Required Skills and Experience  

• Proficient in .NET (C#) , SQL Server , Visual Studio  

• Experience working with CMS platforms , preferably Umbraco  

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript  

• Familiar with REST APIs , Razor , Git  

• Experience or knowledge of Azure , MVC , AJAX , SSO , TFS , or IIS a plus 

• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
