Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, organizational, and operational support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of managing a variety of tasks to help our business run efficiently.

Duties

•Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
•Conduct online research and data entry
•Prepare documents, reports, or presentations
•Assist with customer support or client communications
•Handle social media posting and basic content management (if applicable)
•Track expenses, invoices, or other basic bookkeeping tasks (if applicable)
•Maintain task lists, follow up on deadlines, and provide regular status updates

Requirements

•Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Strong organizational and time-management abilities
•Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, or similar platforms
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
