Compensation: $3,000/month base + uncapped commission + monthly bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to oversee operations at a luxury spa location. You will focus on coaching the team, driving in-spa sales, and maintaining an exceptional client experience. This role involves temporary assignment at a single location, after which you may rotate to other priority sites (details provided privately).
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of daily sales activities and performance at your assigned spa.
Train, mentor, and guide front desk and sales staff to meet revenue goals.
Implement strategies to increase client retention and service uptake.
Collaborate with local marketing and operations teams on promotions.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Ensure clients receive a high-quality experience at every visit.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales leadership experience in high-end services, wellness, retail, or hospitality.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience managing small to mid-size teams.
Strong client-facing communication and professional presence.
Flexible availability for temporary assignment rotations.
