Job Description: As a Full-Time Title Examiner, you'll be an integral part of our team, by searching real estate records, examining titles, and summarizing pertinent legal documents to prepare a title commitment to provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Review assigned files and conduct thorough title examinations.
Research public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other documents to identify defects, encumbrances, or other issues that may affect property ownership or transferability.
Compile and summarize findings in a clear, accurate title report for internal and client use.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Support other departments as needed to contribute to overall operational success.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service orientation
Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities
High-level critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
Prior experience in the title industry is preferred, but not required for all positions
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite

Working Hours: This is a full-time, in-office position from 9 AM to 6 PM.
