Black Pearl Bubble Tea in Trumbull, CT is looking for one tearista/bubble tea shop worker to join our team. We are located inside Trumbull Mall. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Title: Tearista (Full time/Part time)

Responsibilities:

• Make drinks effectively, efficiently and to the highest standards
• Perform accurate stock count
• Participate in staff meetings or training where applicable
• Maintain a positive mindset and teamwork spirit to achieve outlet goals
• Always take the extra mile to engage with customers
• Comply to the highest food grade safety standards
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times and carry out cleaning duties as required
• Be punctual and support your team mates
• Fulfill any other duties necessary assigned by the store manager in a professional manner
