We are a dynamic and growing Staffing & Recruitment company based in Bradenton, FL, specializing in public and private section positions. Our team is dedicated to excellence and innovation, and we are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. This includes doing background checks and drug testing on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software as well as Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- SHRM or HR certification is a plus.
