MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY OR PLC PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced System Integrator for a full-time opportunity in Pomona, CA . This position works closely with the Electrical Engineering team to program, test, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment for domestic and international clients.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm, with travel and overtime as needed

Requirements for System Integrator:

• 5 years of Electrical Assembler III or related PLC programming experience required
• Pass background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
• Valid CA Driver License with clean driving record required
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
• Proficient in PLC programming and HMI setup using Allen Bradley software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and subassembly drawings
• Experience with natural gas combustion systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using hand and power tools
• Forklift certification required; ability to operate pallet jack and scissor-lift
• Prior experience in roles such as Electrical Technician, Field Service Engineer, Automation Technician, Controls Technician, Industrial Electrician, or PLC Programmer is a plus

Responsibilities of the System Integrator:

• Program PLCs and HMI touchscreens using Allen Bradley software
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to resolve malfunctions
• Test, inspect, and verify system operation to meet customer specifications
• Train customers on equipment functionality and basic operations
• Write technical instructions and operational documentation
• Review and correct electrical drawings using AutoCAD or E-Plan
• Assist with quality reports and complete checklists before equipment shipment
• Use M2M system to track jobs and scan production steps
• Travel to customer sites to install, test, and troubleshoot equipment
