Hot Deli Cook Summary

99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States. We have store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington State, and New Jersey! We are passionate and honored to shape the Asian Supermarket culture within the grocery industry. As 99 Ranch Market expands, we have new positions open. We welcome new members to join and grow alongside with the family.

Responsibilities:

• Washing, cutting, setting, and trimming vegetables, fruits, and meat items as required.
• Completing individual duties without interrupting the whole food production cycle.
• Attending details to meet the internal sanitary standard.
• Preparing ingredients used in the production.
• Assisting in the transfer or withdrawal of various stocks, supplies, packaging materials, and food ingredients to and from the cold or dry storage.
• Maintaining clean working areas.

Qualifications:

• Able to work around machinery emitting heat of 350°F.
• Has a “Food Handlers Card” or willing to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to work occasionally within environmental temperatures ranging from 32° to 50°F.
• Able to frequently carry 25+ lbs. objects.
• Available to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends & holidays).
