Responsibilities

• Act in short video clips for TikTok that align with brand messages and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to finalize scripts and concepts for videos.
• Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and relevant hashtags to ensure videos are engaging and timely.
• Engage with followers through comments and direct messages to build a community around the brand.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and video formats.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
• Analyze video performance metrics to inform future video strategies and improve audience engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an actor, influencer, or content creator on social media platforms, preferably TikTok.
• Comfort and confidence appearing on camera, with the ability to deliver lines and express emotions effectively.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, including trends, user behavior, and algorithms.
• Excellent improvisational skills and creativity to enhance video content.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate with a team while also bringing personal flair to performances.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with colleagues and the audience.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and basic filming techniques is a plus.
