Red Rooster in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for someone to join our team as a server/ bartender. We are a very small team and we like to cross train our servers and bartenders. We are a scratch kitchen, using local ingredients and our bar program matches that! We love creating and are passionate about food, wine & craft cocktails. Our neighborhood, the Paseo is our family, we have lots of regulars and we as a staff strive to make Red Rooster feel like a home.

Our ideal candidate is a team player, motivated, and hard-working. Serving experience is a bonus but not necessary. An interest in learning is required!

Responsibilities

• Serve guests to meet companies high standards
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Prep bar syrups, juices etc...

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older
• Basic knowledge of wine, beer & spirits
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Able License
• 2 years serving experience at a restaurant with a bar program
