Job Title : Salesforce CPQ Lead Consultant

Responsibilities:
8 15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM, and CPQ data models and architecture.
Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, flows, approval processes, and custom objects.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Experience with Apttus/Conga CPQ or other CPQ platforms is a plus.
Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL is a plus.
Experience in global rollouts and working with geographically distributed teams.
Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval processes, and quote templates.
Lead and support end-to-end CPQ implementations and enhancements using Salesforce CPQ best practices.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CPQ, including Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Guided Selling, and Advanced Approvals.
Support Salesforce CPQ integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, billing systems).
Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and planning for system changes and enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize CPQ workflows.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
Stay up to date with Salesforce CPQ product releases and new functionalities.
