Job Description
CTG is seeking a versatile and experienced **Reporting Lead/Developer - Workday HCM Integration Developer** to lead the design and development of reports and integrations supporting our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of **Workday's reporting tools** , **data architecture** , and **integration capabilities** . The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange, compliance, and reporting for key business processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Reporting Responsibilities:**
+ Design and develop **Workday Advanced Reports** , **Matrix Reports** , **Composite Reports** , and **Dashboards** to meet business requirements.
+ Create and maintain **custom Workday reports** used for compliance, auditing, analytics, and operational needs.
+ Partner with HR and payroll teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
+ Translate complex business needs into efficient, scalable Workday reporting solutions.
+ Maintain documentation for reports, including specifications, use cases, and data sources.
**Integration Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot **Workday integrations** using **Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors** , and **Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)** .
+ Ensure the integrity and performance of data flows between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., benefits, payroll, finance, recruiting platforms).
+ Support **Workday data loads, transformation, and extraction** processes.
+ Collaborate with security teams to ensure proper data governance and access controls in both reports and integrations.
+ Manage integration monitoring, error handling, and remediation efforts.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
+ 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with **Workday HCM** , including **reporting and integration development** .
+ Proficiency in **Workday Report Writer** , **Advanced Reporting** , and **Workday Prism (preferred)** .
+ Experience with **Workday Studio** , **EIBs** , **Core Connectors** , **XSLT** , and **Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)** .
+ Strong knowledge of **Workday data structures** and **business processes** , especially in HR, benefits, and payroll.
+ Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business terms.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Workday certifications in **Reporting** , **Integrations** , or **Studio** are highly desirable.
+ Experience working in **large enterprise or healthcare environments** with complex HR systems.
+ Knowledge of **data privacy regulations** (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and secure data handling.
+ Familiarity with **Agile development practices** and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $121,500 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
