In the Role

We’re seeking a proactive short-form video producer to join our content marketing team and help shape and scale our short-form video presence across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

This role will report to the head of content and be remotely based in Europe or the CET timezone.

What you will do

• Content production pipeline: Build and manage a production process that results in one high-quality short-form video per day
• Creator scouting & management: Find, onboard, manage, and rotate external creators and video contractors to increase efficiency—including sourcing via Upwork and Fiverr
• Experimentation: Test and iterate on content pillars, creative hooks, and video formats to increase targeted views and engagement from future tech professionals
• Trend watching: Monitor and react to current social media trends, adapting our content strategy accordingly
• Contract and payments: Keep up with contract signups and payments for all creators
• Influencer collaborations: Produce and explore opportunities for collaborations with creators

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or short-form video creative production
• Portfolio of results demonstrating view or engagement growth with short-form videos
• Experience with talent sourcing and casting for video content via creator marketplaces or freelance platforms 
• Strong organizational and project management skills—you thrive in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of trends, storytelling, and platform nuances (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
• Strong storytelling and scripting skills with a sharp eye for attention-grabbing hooks, structure, and CTAs
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing video performance and social media metrics
• Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut or InShot
• Ability to stay current with best practices, and algorithm updates

Bonus points

• Hands-on with generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript)
• You run your own successful social channels and know how to independently produce short-form videos from concept to post
• Experience with SEO and metadata optimization to improve discoverability and reach
• On-set or remote shoot experience including camera, lighting, and audio basics
• You already have a vetted base of creators from the US and know how to mobilize them quickly

What we can offer you

• Full-time, remote contract position
• Monthly Base Pay 3500 – 4200 Euros (gross)
• Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it. We don’t believe in micromanaging
