As part of the Real Estate/Mortgage industry, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients through chat and email, ensuring a seamless experience as they navigate their property journeys.

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and retention, making you an integral part of our operations. We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $31 to $33, along with opportunities for growth within our dynamic company culture.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding our real estate services
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and concerns
• Document interactions and maintain customer records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
• Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide effective support
• Participate in training sessions to improve service skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
• Customer service experience, particularly in chat or email support is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
