Job Description

We are looking to hire a summer intern to assist with recruiting, HR and operations for our Atlanta-based firm. This is a remote position, so you must be self-driven with an excellent phone presence. Must be located on the East Coast in the US and not require any sponsorship.

Description

• Contact candidates and conduct initial phone screen to match their skills to open jobs
• Update the team daily and weekly on status of positions and candidates progress
• Assist with job postings and reviewing candidates
• Assist with onboarding candidates with ADP as needed
• Assist with gathering/ processing timesheets
• Creating invoices for clients
• Assist with writing, gathering information and reading business proposals
• Reading and identifying grant proposals
• Create marketing materials using Canva, photoshop and other tools
• Create social media posts to include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Required

• Excellent phone presence, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time-management and detail-oriented skills
• Take direction well
• Excellent information processing skills (we work with a lot of jobs, so you must be able to read a job description and understand the context)
• Familiarity with online job websites and various social media platforms
• Ability to use various search engine tools
• Desire to learn new skills
• Take direction well

This is a fully remote position. You must have a phone & computer. The monthly pay for this role range from $1,160-$1,600/ month.
