Job Summary

The Quality Solutions Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients to support the growth of Qsource’s healthcare quality improvement consulting services. This role blends inside sales, lead development, and administrative support, requiring proactive outreach, strategic communication, and efficient management of the early sales process. The Specialist plays a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline through research, discovery, and relationship-building, while also collaborating closely with marketing and senior sales staff. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus performance-based commission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Research and identify prospective clients through databases, digital platforms, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to assess prospect needs, budget, and fit for Qsource services.
  3. Qualify leads through formal discovery and convert into viable sales opportunities using consultative techniques.
  4. Collaborate with marketing on follow-up for campaign recruitment, outreach, registrations and event-generated leads.
  5. Schedule discovery meetings and assist in preparing outreach materials for outside sales reps.
  6. Conduct virtual sales presentations, tailor solutions to client needs, and close sales for assigned services or projects.
  7. Manage and advance prospects through the sales pipeline, transitioning complex, multi-location, or high-value deals to senior sales as needed.
  8. Prepare proposals, secure agreements, and coordinate with Finance on billing and collections.
  9. Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs (e.g., call volume, lead conversion, closed sales, pipeline activity), and support sales reporting.
  10. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, closed sales, billing, and collections.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.
  3. Excellent and demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond to and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously under short time frames.
  5. Customer service-oriented when working with internal and external customers.
  6. Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  7. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  8. Comfortable with cold calling and initiating contact with new leads.
  9. Customer service-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

Education

  1. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  1. 1-3 years of experience in healthcare inside sales, lead generation, or customer service (B2B or healthcare preferred). Internal candidates with at least 6 months in a solutions role and 1–3 years with Qsource will be considered.

Travel Requirements

  1. Employee will work remotely from a home-based office. Although travel is not expected during this assignment, the need for infrequent travel of up to 25% could arise.
