We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Quality Management and Accreditation Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services.
What You'll Do:
Champion Quality Improvement: Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across all departments.
Data Driven Decisions: Analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to improve patient care.

What You'll Bring:
Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality management, risk management, or a related field in a healthcare setting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
Certification: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification preferred.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
