Position: QA Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Contract

Must Have: QA, Facets, QNXT, CCA, NetWorX

Job Summary:

• Works as a consulting team lead on client or internal assignments on Facets, QNXT, CCA and/or NetWorX product implementation, enhancement or integration projects. Plans and supervises the work of a small to medium sized team. Utilizes Professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Serves as a senior level pre-sales and post-sales technical support specialist when needed. Serves as a product expert to new clients during installations. Provides advice and expertise with regards to testing Facets, QNXT, CCA and/or NetWorX products as well as general testing process.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.

• Analyze customers' business/technical requirements and software/product objectives; develops an application design to meet customers' needs
• Tests complex customer-specific solutions
• Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete activities; develops project plan incorporating all project variables - 20%
• Sees that appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan. Helps in establishing criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
• Provides supervision of 2 - 5 people
• Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan. Monitors and adjusts project variables as necessary throughout project. Resolves issues timely and accurately and escalates as appropriate. Assists with re-forecas
• Suggests improvements in service delivery processes and techniques and prepares weekly status reports on all project activities
