Accentuate Staffing is assisting a custom CNC machine shop in Durham, NC who is hiring a Production Planner/Scheduler to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working onsite Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules.
• Ensure engineering teams stay on track to deliver high quality products on time.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align priorities and resources.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize and track jobs from inception to delivery.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the production process.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to support a seamless workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or project management in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in a small to medium size machine shop is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in relevant scheduling and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
