Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assembly Assistant to help
assemble USA Made products at our Cornelius, NC facility. Working alongside the
Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently
while ensuring the quality and creativity our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with the assembly of USA Made products and packaging
 Follow detailed instructions and production processes
 Prepare materials and maintain organized workstations
 Perform quality control checks during and after assembly
 Track inventory and report low stock levels
 Assist in labeling, bagging, and preparing products for shipping
 Support other production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

 Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
 Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team
 Reliable and consistent with a positive attitude
 Comfortable with hands-on work
 Previous experience in assembly or crafting is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule & Compensation:

 Flexible hours available, Monday–Friday
 Starting pay: $15/hr + depending on experience. Negotiable
 Opportunity for increased responsibility and growth
