**Job Title: Pipe Welder** **Join Our Team and Build Something Great!** We're looking for a skilled **MIG Welder** to join our growing team. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working on diverse projects, this is the opportunity for you! **What You'll Do** + Perform **MIG welding** on carbon steel and stainless steel materials (14 gauge to ¼" thickness). + Fabricate and assemble components such as guards, chutes, covers, conveyors, tanks, frames, and flumes. + Read and interpret **blueprints, engineering drawings, and prototypes** to ensure accuracy. + Operate MIG welding machines and adjust settings for proper metal fusion. + Use hand tools and power tools for finishing work, including grinding and sanding. + Inspect finished parts for quality and mark part numbers. + Safely operate forklifts or overhead cranes to move materials. **What We're Looking For** + **Proficiency in MIG welding** and blueprint reading. + Ability to weld carbon steel and stainless steel. + Skilled in using tape measures, grinders, and other hand tools. + Experience in fabrication and fitting is a plus. + Forklift and crane operation experience preferred. **Why You'll Love Working Here** + **Competitive Benefits Package** : Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. + **401(k) with up to 6% match** after just 60 days. + **Generous Paid Time Off** : Start with 10 vacation days, plus PTO and floating holidays. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
