This role is vital in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
• Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
• Plan and oversee various events and travel arrangements
• Maintain a filing system for important documents
• Conduct research and compile information as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
