Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. As a Personal Assistant, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
