Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Parts and Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing of parts and materials necessary for our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to meet production needs.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and procurement regulations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality of parts.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand parts requirements and inventory needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor contracts.
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.
