4. Monitor inventory levels to ensure product supply matches market demand, and reduce instances of surplus or stockouts.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
6. Control regional operating costs to ensure financial goals are met.
7. Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
8. Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
9. Ensure all business activities comply with local laws and regulations as well as company policies.
10. Prepare regular sales reports and market analyses to provide decision support for senior management.
