Job Overview

As a member of the Nifty Fifty’s Family Entertainment Center Staff, you will play an important role in creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll help maintain the arcade, mini golf course, and redemption area while also assisting guests with gameplay, prizes, golf questions, and party inquiries. Whether you’re helping fix a game, restocking prizes, or welcoming a family to the golf course, your friendly attitude and attention to detail will help make every visit a great one.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with questions about games, golf, and parties
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support at the redemption and golf counters
• Handle customer payments, make accurate change, and complete transactions professionally
• Restock and organize redemption inventory and prizes
• Assist guests on and off the golf course with safety and efficiency
• Maintain the appearance and condition of the golf course, including greens, trash, and equipment
• Support basic maintenance and troubleshooting of arcade games
• Monitor guest safety and ensure a clean, fun environment in all areas
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects throughout the game room and golf course
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to management promptly
• Assist with party setup, cleanup, and support as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality and customer-first attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Previous experience in guest services, arcades, or recreation is a plus
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
