Now Hiring: Temp-to-Hire Assistant Property Manager - Dallas, TX

CXC Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a long-standing and highly respected client in the search for an exceptional Assistant Property Manager to support operations at a luxury Class A+ residential community in Dallas, Texas.

This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a high-performing team while gaining valuable experience within a prestigious multifamily environment.

Position Overview:
As the Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions. You'll play a key role in fostering a positive community atmosphere and maintaining the high standards associated with a Class A+ property.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of multiple residential properties
Support leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives
Handle rent collection, lease renewals, and resident inquiries
Maintain accurate records, reports, and property files
Coordinate with vendors and oversee service requests
Help manage budgets, expenses, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in Class A or A+ communities
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Texas Real Estate License preferred, but not required
