Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a key role in helping home buyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors secure the right mortgage financing to achieve their goals. You'll guide borrowers through the loan application process, ensuring they receive the best possible loan options for their needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating loan applications, conducting underwriting assessments, and providing expert advice throughout the entire loan origination process. You'll also work to ensure all processes comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

Evaluating and processing loan applications, ensuring borrowers understand their options.
Conducting underwriting assessments to ensure the loans meet all criteria.
Offering expert advice on different loan products and determining the best fit for each borrower's needs.
Guiding borrowers through each step of the loan origination process, from application to closing.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of the mortgage lending process and underwriting standards.
Previous experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
Ability to evaluate and analyze loan applications with attention to detail.
Understanding of various loan products and financial concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a focus on achieving results.
Must have or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
