Pay: $18 - $20/hr Highlight: + Industry: Document processing + Employment Type: Contract to Hire (6 Months) + Location: Loma Linda, CA Benefits of this Role: + Opportunity to work in a top Legal and Healthcare Company on the West Coast + Work with a large team to help develop skills + Leadership that looks to promote from within Document Processing Specialist - $18/hr + Collecting and organizing hard copy and electronic records + Performing quality control to verify all necessary information is present, accurate, and aligned + Contacting customers, patients, or clients to confirm or clarify details (typically about twice a day, with the rest of the work being computer-based) + Forwarding records to Quality Control, Billing, or the Legal Team for further processing Document Retrieval - $19/hr : This role involves 7.5 to 8 hours of daily calling , handling both inbound and outbound requests to obtain essential records. The position requires contacting medical facilities, corporations, clinics, hospitals, and places of employment to gather a variety of documents, including: + Medical records + Billing records + Employment records + Workers' compensation records + X-rays + Payroll records + Lab reports Client Relation Specialist - $20/hr + Client Communication: Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails , addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns + Document Retrieval: Identifying missing records and coordinating with external entities to obtain the necessary information + Explaining Rejections: Providing clear and professional explanations when documents are incomplete or denied + Authorization Requests: Ensuring proper approvals are secured for record processing + Balancing Communication Channels: + 70% Email-based communication -managing requests, following up, and responding to inquiries + 30% Phone communication -initiating calls when direct conversation is needed, especially for urgent or complex situations + Proactive Problem-Solving: If previous outreach methods haven't worked, finding alternative contacts or solutions to expedite record retrieval Requirements: + 1+ years in an office setting processing documents + Certifications or Trainings preferred We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
