Mission Physical Rehabilitation  is part of a growing group of outpatient orthopedic facilities in the San Antonio area specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports injuries. Our "mission" is to be the community's leading provider of the highest quality of comprehensive care in a compassionate manner. Our clinics are conveniently spread out across San Antonio, with nine locations across the city.

Job Description

Mission Physical Rehabilitation  has an immediate opening for an experienced, dependable, and responsible  Medical Receptionist who can keep the front office running smoothly.

• Greet patients
• Answer phones
• Verify current personal and financial information
• Book appointments
• Verify insurance benefits
• Charge tickets
• File and perform any other duties assigned

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of previous medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Preferred experience with Medical Manager, Medisoft, or other medical software 
• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
• Flexibility with hours
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Organization and ability to multi-task
