Custom Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice with four locations treating various physical conditions across Reno and Sparks. Our number one priority is our patients. We provide personalized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. We perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting. Core Job duties:
Greeting Visitors : Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
Answering Phone Calls : Handling incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Scheduling Appointments : Managing calendars, booking meetings, and ensuring that appointments are organized.
Administrative Support : Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
