IT Services Administration

About Your Role

The IT Services Management Senior Professional will be joining our Financial Institutions Group, where they will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT services for our digital apps and card services teams. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our systems. You will be working on Production Application support, in Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain applications, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Coordinate patching & code deployments and work support troubleshooting tickets
• Oversee the administration and support of Linux and Microsoft Windows systems, as well as IIS and Apache
• Manage batch processing to ensure timely delivery of files and timely processing
• Implement and monitor IT service management processes to ensure high availability and reliability
• Utilize DynaTrace and Splunk for performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT services and processes

Experience You’ll Need To Have

• 5+ years working in a Windows and Linux environment
• 5+ years of experience in network protocols and troubleshooting
• 4+ years of experience with scripting tools (bash, json, yaml)
• TLS Certificate knowledge
• SQL knowledge
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

• Windows and/or Linux System Administration experience
• AWS Cloud experience
• Application Support experience
• Dynatrace and Splunk monitoring

How You’ll Work

• Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech; this role is on-site Monday through Friday
• This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis
