Fraport Greece is currently looking to cover the position of IT&T Asset Management Coordinator. The role is responsible for managing, organizing and updating the IT&T asset inventory, as well as to coordinate the distribution and collection of IT&T assets according to company's policies and procedures.

What you will be doing:
Manage the complete lifecycle of assets according to guidelines and procedures.
Contribute to the development of asset lifecycle management strategies and plans.
Continuously evaluate and improve asset management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT&T assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Ensure proper deployment and installation of hardware assets to relevant departments, adhering to configuration standards and policies.
Physically install and uninstall IT&T hardware assets at Fraport Greece Headquarters.
Receive and coordinate the shipment of IT&T assets in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of asset specifications, configurations, warranties, and serial numbers using IT asset management (ITAM) software.
Collaborate with IT&T vendors for maintenance, and warranty-related issues.
Perform market research for IT&T hardware assets.
Manage the secure disposal of obsolete assets in compliance with environmental regulations and data security standards.
Prepare regular reports on asset inventory, usage, compliance, and cost optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT asset management.
Strong understanding of IT hardware and software components.
Proficient knowledge of asset lifecycle management principles and industry-leading best practices.
Experience with IT asset management (ITAM) software.
Knowledge and practical experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is an advantage.
CMDB (Configuration Management Database) knowledge is an advantage.
Having a logistics certification is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken Greek/English.
