Role Description As a producer for the Soto Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
Qualifications - 3+ years of sales experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
- FINRA Series 65 and/or 63 and/or 6 and/or SIE preferred
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
