Responsibilities:

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend suitable products and services.
Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing objectives.
Maintain a strong work ethic and dedication to success every day.
Work closely with a remote team to build and maintain successful, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (e.g., outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals/quotas
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
Must reside in Columbia, South Carolina
