Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and elevate guest experiences in a beautiful, serene mountain setting.

About Us

Nestled atop a breathtaking 3,700-ft. high mountain and surrounded by 50 acres of lush hardwoods and golden conifers, our boutique lodge offers a unique mid-century motor lodge experience. Our property is home to a renowned steakhouse and provides a tranquil retreat for guests looking to immerse themselves in nature, adventure, and exceptional service.

The Role

As the Hotel General Manager, you are the driving force behind the success of our property. You lead with confidence, adaptability, and a hands-on approach. You are not just a leader but a mentor, empowering your team to provide top-tier hospitality while fostering a collaborative and welcoming work environment.

What You Will Do:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, and guest services.

Lead and develop a passionate team, ensuring a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous growth.

Engage with guests, creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Maintain financial stability by maximizing revenue, optimizing costs, and driving profitability.

Foster strong relationships with the local community, vendors, and industry partners.

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.

Support all departments as needed, whether greeting guests at the front desk, assisting in the restaurant, or working alongside housekeeping.

What We Are Looking For:

A servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Minimum 6+ years of hotel/restaurant leadership experience.

A hands-on, guest-focused mindset—someone who prefers being in the heart of operations rather than behind a desk.

Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a positive and professional work culture.

Passion for curating elevated guest experiences and delivering top-notch service.

Experience managing revenue, events, and amenities to optimize business performance.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (expect to work 55-60 hours per week).
