Job Description
Location - Atlanta, GA - Hybrid
- Support govt. agencies in the implementation of talent solutions, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and performance management programs.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training content related to the State's HR information system (Workday).
- Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship programs, interviewing, hiring best practices, and utilizing Workday for recruiting.
- Research and recommend training best practices to improve talent acquisition and performance management programs.
- Analyze Workday data and prepare graphic and narrative reports and presentations.
- Update training materials, exercises, handouts, and exams to reflect policy, process, or system changes and student feedback.
- Conduct instructor-led trainings both virtually and in-person for state agency staff.
- Use training environments and tools to facilitate student activities.
- Assist with administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollments and other administrative tasks.
- Respond to training and HR-related requests from a variety of stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in delivering training via various formats (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Program management and administration skills, including organization and multitasking.
- Ability to learn and use technology for training design and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- High school diploma/GED and three years of HR-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization, or related modules in an HR department as an administrator or trainer.
- HRIS systems training experience.
