Responsibilities Unit OverviewOur PACU and Pre-Op units prepare patients for and help them recover from a wide variety of surgical procedures. Nurses here provide critical care during both the pre- and post-anesthesia phases in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Position SummaryThis role leads the nursing team across both Pre-Op and PACU to ensure safe, efficient patient throughput, excellent clinical outcomes, and a supportive work environment.
