How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business finance through accurate reporting, data analysis, and forecasting. You'll work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive performance and decision-making. This role will be based in the Europe with the option to work remote or hybrid. You Will Make an Impact By: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and supporting schedules, including variance analysis for review by senior finance and business leaders. Support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes by gathering inputs, updating financial models, coordinating submissions, and consolidating data across business units. Participate in quarterly analyses of Excess & Obsolete inventory and Warranty reserves, helping compile data and supporting documentation. Track key financial and operational metrics to monitor the health of the business unit and identify trends or potential risks. Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models used to support business decision-making. Monitor and track cost-reduction initiatives and provide supporting analysis. Assist in tracking capital investment projects and ensuring alignment with budgeted expectations. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management to support business planning and performance improvement. Prepare and summarize key financial data to assist in both short- and long-term decision-making. Help develop financial trend analyses and projections for the business unit. Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 23 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or accounting roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in Excel. Experience using ERP and reporting tools like SAP, Oracle, or Business Objects is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Why ANDREW?
