We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for temp-to-hire, full-time, and temporary roles across Southern California !

Whether you're coming from hotel maintenance, construction, or working independently—your skills are in demand!
Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes (make-readies)
Complete work orders in both occupied and vacant units
General repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, painting
Assist with exterior maintenance as needed
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Support the on-site team during downtime with porter/grounds duties
1+ year of maintenance experience in apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings
Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
Bonus if you have experience with HVAC, appliances, or carpentry
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
