Estimator
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $60K–$100K | Hybrid

We’re partnering with an industry-leading fabricator known for delivering successful, fast-track projects across North America. This is a great opportunity to work on complex structures such as healthcare, aviation, sports + recreation, datacenters and lead projects.

Estimator Responsibilities

  • Building estimates and proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Complete conceptual budgeting activities
  • Assist with schedules, pricing strategies, and proposal narratives as needed
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers and review their scope
  • Complete complex Change Order estimates

Estimator Qualifications

  • 3+ years of structural estimating
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, detailing, erection, and project workflows
  • Prior experience reviewing and finalizing technical proposals and pricing
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in structural steel is a plus
