ERP Technical Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

* Assist with ongoing projects and upgrades to BC 365
* Troubleshooting, support on Dynamics NAV/ 365 BC & CRM
* Project tasks including requirement gathering/ analysis, design, documentation development, testing, training
* Modify BC 365 using extensions (AL code) and RDLC

Skills & Qualifications

* Must be able to create reports in Power BI, familiarity with DAX expressions
* Knowledge of Basic ERP and Concepts
* Knowledge of Visual Studio and ability to apply
