Job Description

What`s this job about?

As an Entry Level employee you will be entering into a training program to help you understand all aspects of the staffing and IT industry. This will include pairing up with senior members of the sales and recruiting team, conference room trainings, attending client meetings with senior sales members and hands-on day-to-day interaction. The goal is to have you trained on the recruiting side of our business, then make the transition over to business development when you are ready.

Source and attract top-level IT candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, networking, out of the box thinking, etc…

Screen candidates’ resumes, learn the technical and social aspects to each position, thereby ensuring the right candidate for the right job

Work within a team environment to collaborate on job specifications and best recruiting approaches to each job

Keeping track of candidates, interviews, and placements using our applicant tracking/CRM system

Schedule in-person meetings to better get to know potential candidates (either over a cup of coffee or an in office visit)

Time management, running a busy calendar (including scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews and meet-ups at a very fast pace)

Develop and manage a portfolio of sales campaigns and new business opportunities.

Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business both locally and nationally.

Work closely with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accounts.

Requirements

Do I have the experience?

  • Sales/Customer Service: 1 year

  • Bachelors from an accredited school
