Job Description
EHS Manager with 5+ years of experience is ideal including but not limited to:
- Basic technical competency to deal with local, state and federal laws including OSHA and workers compensation
- Hands on working knowledge of in plant training and gap analysis with front line workers
- Driving improvements including implementation of company programs to ensure safety culture is fostered and sustained
- Presentation skills for stakeholders including metric reports for compliance with action plans
- Computer literate – prefer LIMS but general safety programs to capture near misses, flash reports etc. – Microsoft office (PPT, Word, etc.)
- SME for all things safety to assist with working closely with Plant Manager, Regional Managers and other stakeholders.
