THE AGENCY OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. THE JOB As an early careers recruiter at OMG23 you will specialize in finding entry and junior talent across multiple media functions including media planning and buying, paid social media, programmatic and paid search. In collaboration with our executives, hiring managers and talent acquisition team you’re responsible for full life cycle recruiting including assessing needs, sourcing, conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies including building and leading an early careers outreach program.
- Full Life Cycle Early Career Recruitment:
- Source, interview and present talent for open positions in all departments, at entry and junior level
- Lead recruitment plan and execution of summer internship program recruitment
- Post open positions on our ATS and other job boards as needed
- Move multiple searches forward simultaneously
- Utilize multiple avenues to source both passive and active candidates
- Partnerships and Strategy:
- Curate and cultivate partnerships with professional organizations and universities
- Serve as an early careers brand ambassador at virtual and onsite events
- Strategically develop early careers programming to attract candidates and build pipeline
- Develop, organize and launch summer internship programming
- Customer Service:
- Partner with hiring managers to quickly understand all roles at the agency
- Represent company in the marketplace with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers clearly and regularly to ensure all are updated on the status of their respective roles
You We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role within a media, online/digital and/or advertising agency environment
- Best practice recruitment expertise with solid understanding of legal regulations and market trends
- Knowledge of ATS systems; experience with Greenhouse a plus
- Passionate about recruiting and the early careers space
- Ability to create and provide a best-in-class candidate experience
- Confident with in-person meetings and articulating status updates with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment, while remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
- Ability to show good judgment and to uphold confidentiality at all times
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$75,000—$85,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
