We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and business operationstranslating business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insights. Youll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and support decision-making through data.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models.
Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL or other tools.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business performance.
Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Present findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Support data governance, quality assurance, and process documentation efforts.
Participate in the design and optimization of workflows, systems, and business processes.
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data/business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more BI tools.
Understanding of databases, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex data into simple business terms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
